Mingxian Wang graduated from Zhengzhou University, and is a perfusionist certified by the Chinese Society of Extracorporeal Circulation. He has engaged in clinical perfusion for nearly ten years, and once worked in Shanghai Yoda Cardiothoracic Hospital. He is proficient in perfusion support for procedures such as great vessels surgery, complex congenital heart disease (CHD) surgery, coronary artery bypass, heart valve replacement, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, etc., as well as left ventricular assist device (LVAD) and ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) technology, and strives to provide extracorporeal life support for patients with respiratory or circulation system diseases.
He is highly specialized in perfusion support for surgeries such us off-pump coronary artery bypass, heart valve replacement (mitral valve replacement, aortic valve replacement, replacement of mitral valve and aortic valve), complex CHD surgeries (tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of great arteries, anomalous pulmonary venous drainage, etc.), as well as thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement, VSD repair and ASD repair. He is proficient in the emergency installation of perfusion device in cardiac surgery, to guarantee that off-pump surgeries such as coronary artery bypass and Bidirectional Glenn procedure can be conducted smoothly.
