Dr. Chen Weiguang graduated from Capital Medical University (Affiliated to Beijing Anzhen Hospital) with a Medical Master and was mentored by Prof. Jin Zening, a renowned cardiovascular expert. He has practiced cardiology for more than 6 years in provincial tertiary A hospitals and masters diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, including coronary heart disease, heart failureand arrythmia. He is particularly skilled at interventional therapy of coronary heart disease (stent implantation and drug-eluting balloon angioplasty) and intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT) and functional assessment (FFR). He received further training for advanced interventional operation at Okayama University Hospital. He is the principal investigator and participant of multiple research projects and published multiple academic papers. He is a member of Cardiovascular Disease Expert Committee under Association of Hebei Research Hospital.
