Content：

CPR AED (4 hours)

 ● Adult and Pediatric CPR and AED Use

 ● Infant CPR

 ● Emergency handling of airway obstruction and choking in adults, children, and infants

Basic First Aid (4 hours)

 ● Basic knowledge in first aid: Assess the scene, call for help, general precautions and blood exposure; removing gloves, washing hands; inspect for issues

 ● Internal medicine emergencies: respiratory problems, asphyxia, allergic reactions, use of epinephrine pen, heart attack, fainting, diabetes and hypoglycemia, stroke and convulsions

 ● Emergency trauma: external bleeding, tourniquet and wound dressing with bandage; penetrating injuries and limb fragmentation; internal bleeding, brain concussion; head, neck and spinal injuries; fractures and sprains, splint fixation; Burn injuries and electric shock injuries

 ● Environmental related emergency: bites and stings; high temperature related emergencies; low temperature related emergencies; poisoning emergencies

 ● Preventive strategies: the harms of smoking and e-cigarettes, and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle

 ● Disease and trauma prevention; legal issues
