Xiaowen Yang, Director of DeltaHealth Sleep Medicine Center, graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University and has over 30 years of clinical and research experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. She specializes in treatment of insomnia, circadian rhythm sleep disorders (CRSD), complex sleep apnea, pediatric sleep disorders, especially in the personalized treatment plan for women and patients with cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Yang is committed to providing full life-cycle sleep health management from childhood to adulthood. ln 2009, she carried out clinical research on sleep disorders and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BDMC) for Dynamic Biomarkers at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Yang is also the editor-in-chief of Medical Psychology (the fifth edition), the educational material of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and an affiliate instructor of the Center for Dynamical Biomarkers at Harvard Medical School, dedicated to furthering sleep-related clinical education and research. Dr. Yangs research is based on time series analysis of complex signals and nonlinear dynamics, combined with multidisciplinary collaboration and innovation, to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment solutions for sleep health and related diseases. She also holds several patents and innovation technologies for sleep-related care.
