Dr. Haiyan Huang is a Chief Physician and holds a Master of Medicine degree from Medical College of Yanbian University. She has also completed advanced studies at Sapporo Medical University in Japan. With over a decade of experience as the Director of the Emergency Department, Dr. Huang specializes in comprehensive internal medicine while maintaining a strong foundation in critical care and emergency resuscitation. She has served as an executive member of a Specialist Medical Alliance (Emergency Department) in a Chinese prefecture-level hospital, a member of the Chinese Medical Association (CMA), a committee member of the Emergency Medicine Branch of the Jilin Medical Association,a committee member of the Cardiology Branch of Jilin Medical Association,a committee member of the Cardiovascular Intervention and Cardiac Rehabilitation Branch of the Jilin Medical Association, and a committee member of the Medical Science Popularization Branch of the Jilin Medical Association.

Dr. Huang is dedicated to the establishment of the Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center. She specializes in emergency medicine, with expertise in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Management of Coma Shock, Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), Aortic Dissection, Acute Cerebral Infarction, Cerebral Hemorrhage, Acute Pulmonary Embolism, Acute Poisoning, Anaphylactic Shock, Massive Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage, Respiratory Failure, Heart Failure, and Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS). She was awarded the honorable title of Top Innovative Talent (5th Batch) in Jilin Province and was recognized as a D-Class Talent (1st Batch) under Jilin Province’s Talent Policy (2.0). As the principal investigator, she completed one scientific research project funded by the Health Commission of Jilin Provincial and received the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Jilin Province.
