She hasworked at high-end foreign-funded hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai.During hertenure, she hasled teams to prepare for and participate in the JCI certification of the hospitals. She has developeda mindsetofcomprehensivenursing and have put patient safety as the top priority, with a patient-centered approach. Since joining DeltaHealthHospital in September 2017, she hasserved as the Infection Control Nurse Manager, actively participating in various infection control-related inspections and training and promotion of infection control knowledge within the hospital.
