Andy Liao gradurated in Clinical Medicine of Wuhan University Medical School. He is a Member of Emergency Trauma Group of ENT Specialized Committee under Shanghai Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Association. He was a clinical consultant of Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center, an attending ENT physician in Huadong University affiliated to Fudan University and has provided healthcare service to senior government officials.
