Dr. Xu Ping graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine with a Master’s degree in Medicine. He studied under Professor Chen Shengliang, and specializes in chronic gastritis, reflux esophagitis, Helicobacter pylori, peptic ulcers, acute and chronic diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, GI dysfunction and other psychosomatic diseases, as well as screening and endoscopic treatment for GI polyps, early-stage GI cancers.
He is a member of the Gastrointestinal Varices Committee of the Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine, and a member of the Minimally Invasive Intervention Group, Esophageal and Gastric Varices Treatment Branch under Shanghai Medical Association.
